Agreement

By registering or using Capitexflow you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction.

Accounts

One person per account unless approved otherwise. Keep credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

Wallet & allocations

Deposits credit your wallet after review. Allocations assign balance to a strategy desk mandate for deployment. Withdrawals are processed subject to minimums, available balance, and verification.

Desk performance

Session statistics and period credits reflect desk-attributed activity for your allocation period. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Negative periods can occur.

Confidentiality of execution

Members receive aggregate desk reporting, not third-party trade attestations. Attempting to compel disclosure of counterparty or execution detail outside support channels may result in account review.

Referrals

Commissions depend on program settings at the time of the qualifying event. Self-referral or circular schemes may result in forfeiture.

Prohibited conduct

You may not breach platform security, scrape member data, launder funds, or misrepresent identity.

Changes

Continued use after posted changes constitutes acceptance.
